Inga Latrine and Tinto Zontar began as a UPA character design assignment, and grew into characters that I love.

Inga is an ex - KGB assassin on her first peaceful mission: welcoming Earth's first interstellar visitor.  It's especially hard for this trigger-happy agent because the alien expects the very ground he walks on to be kissed. Tinto is only on Earth as a result of his winning a special sweepstakes contest back on Jupiter.
